Pav Bhaji - My way!

First of all i am not a great cook! I want to become one!

Mother's day special I want to prepare Pav Bhaji

I am not the types who cooks with all ingredients in the traditional way!

Here is what i did:(Everyone at my house liked it)
* 4 tomatoes
* 3 Big onions(Chopped)
* Everrest Pav bhaji masala
* Some beans
* Some carrot
* One Potato
* Butter
* Pav bun
* Corriander leaves(I like it so added more)

Microwaved carrot,beans,potato in microwave for about 6mins after cleaning and chopping(No fine chopping needed as we anyway put it in mixie). Let it Cool and remove the potato and grind rest all into a paste.

Note: You can have any vegetable for this: Cauliflower, peas(Don't mash it in mixie), Cabbage etc)

Shallow fry till it becomes soft the 60% of chopped onion(Remaining used for serving), add to it tomato, 2 tsp of Pav bhaji masala, Salt.

Add the paste(Beans carrot) to this and potato.

Roast bun in butter and serve bhaji with chopped onion and corriander leaves!
